Women Open Doors: Business Social
Roundtable discussions will be held on being a business owner, wages and salary, mentoring, and more. This wonderful experience will help young female students connect with the women and receive personal mentoring. Light appetizers will be served.
This event is to recognize the unique experience women have when they join the workforce. The Center for Women’s Business Research study found, in 2009, only 28% of businesses are owned by women. Many women face specific gender-based challenges when seeking leadership opportunities in the business world.
