We are all in this together and we are glad you are visiting our site. The Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley (formerly known as the Council of Spanish Speaking Organizations of the Lehigh Valley or El Concilio) was established in 1968. For the past 44 years we have filled a unique void in our community. The center has served the needs of the Hispanic community as well as anyone who has walked through its doors. We continue to serve the community at large.
