Project Connect - Partner-Based Exercise for Women
Tuesday, 31 March, 2015
Are you a woman age 25 to 70 who wants to increase your physical activity?
Would it help to connect with a partner with similar goals, who can provide encouragement and support?
Are you interested in trying out an internet-enabled physical activity tracker?
If you said yes to these questions, you may be eligible for a free program focused on increasing physical activity among women! This program is part of a University of Scranton research study. The program includes testing a wrist-worn physical activity tracker, connecting with a physical activity partner, and an in-person skills session. Participants will learn skills to improve their physical activity behavior and maintain these changes long-term.
