The Scranton Club of New England invites area alumni, parents and students to a fun social event narrated by one of our own, Bobby Heaney, Class of 2006, owner of Boston Crawling.
When: Saturday, July 11, 2015
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $20 (does not include food or drink)
Where: Meet at the Sam Adams statue in front of Faneuil Hall, Boston
What you will experience: From the Puritans to Prohibition, the Sons of Liberty to the Kennedy Clan, you will be entertained with tales of Boston's famous and secret history while you walk along the historic Freedom Trail. The tour lasts 2.5-3 hours and makes 3-4 stops including:
- Tavern where the Boston Tea Party was planned
- America's Oldest Tavern
- The favorite haunt of patriots such as Paul Revere and Sam Adams
- Bar located in a National Historic Landmark
Come along and learn about the Birthplace of a city and a country! Space is limited.
