Reigniting ​Our ​Ignatian ​Spirituality:
A ​Retreat ​for ​University ​of ​Scranton ​Alumni
Location: The Jesuit Center, Wernersville, PA
Feb. ​10-12, ​2017

Alumni ​of ​The ​University ​of ​Scranton ​are ​warmly ​invited ​to  ​make ​this ​retreat, ​which ​will ​give ​us ​concrete ​ways ​to ​“find  ​God ​in ​all ​things” ​and ​use ​Ignatian ​spirituality ​in ​our ​ lives. ​The ​retreat ​will ​be ​led ​by ​Fr. ​Brendan ​Lally, ​SJ, ​ (The ​University ​of ​Scranton ​and ​St. ​Joseph's ​University), ​ assisted ​by ​Fr. ​Mark ​Searles ​‘08 ​and ​Msgr. ​Anthony ​Muntone ​ (Co-Postulator ​of ​the ​Cause ​for ​Canonization ​of ​Fr. ​Walter ​ Ciszek, ​SJ). ​ ​The ​weekend ​will ​offer ​presentations ​by ​our ​ spiritual ​directors, ​time ​for ​silent ​reflection ​on ​the ​ beautiful ​grounds ​of ​the ​Jesuit ​Center ​at ​Wernersville, ​ guidance ​on ​incorporating ​Ignatian ​spirituality ​into ​our ​daily ​ lives ​using ​elements ​such ​as ​the ​Examen ​prayer ​of ​St. ​ Ignatius, ​finding ​inspiration ​in ​the ​lives ​of ​Jesuit ​figures ​ such ​as ​Fr. ​Ciszek, ​and ​companionship ​with ​fellow ​alumni. ​The ​ retreat ​is ​open ​to ​University ​of ​Scranton ​alumni ​and ​their ​ spouses.
Cost: ​$180 ​per ​person
Arrival: ​4:00-5:45 ​p.m. ​(Dinner ​begins ​at ​5:45 ​p.m.)
Departure: ​Sunday ​afternoon ​after ​lunch
