Lite Weights and Abs for Staff and Faculty

An upbeat fitness class combining total body toning and aerobic exercise using light weights and resistance bands. Have fun while burning fat and strengthening your muscles, heart and lungs. Please wear comforatable workout attire and sneakers. Light weighs are provided.
