Walk for Wellness - NEW Employee Walking Program
Join our 4-week Walking Program beginning September 24 - October 22

Joining is as easy as 1-2-3

Step 1. Register - Sign up Online http://www.scranton.edu/employeewellness

Step 2. Get Walking! - Walk for 30 minutes 5 times a week on your own or with co-workers.

Step 3. Submit your Online Walking Tracker each week to earn a raffle ticket for great prizes!

*Join our Employee Campus Walking Group for a lunch time walk on:
Mondays 9/24, 10/1, 10/15
Meet in front of the library at 12:15-rain location Byron Track
