Drop in class for the beginner or experienced practicioner. You will become a fan of this slow moving gentle class. You will learn breathing, stretching and balance poses as well as relaxation at the start and end of each session.
Wear loose comfortable clothes and bare feet or socks. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours.
