Walk off those pounds and help your heart on Tuesdays at lunchtime. The walk is led by Dr. Monica Thomas who will provide inspiration and tips. Music and conversation makes this a fun way to get active. Lap counters and pedometers available to those who attend.
New walkers fill out the fitness questionnaire (PARQ) and bring to class. The PARQ is located on the employee wellness website under "forms".
