University Reading Series - Trans Poet Kayleb Rae Candrilli

Next Thursday, 11/11 at 6:30 p.m. in BRN 228, as part of the University Reading Series hosted by the Department of English & Theatre, and with support from Women's & Gender Studies, the student group SAFE (Scranton Alliance for Equity), the Rainbow Royals alumni group, and a Diversity Initiatives grant through the Office of Equity & Diversity, award-winning trans poet Kayleb Rae Candrilli (they/them) will be coming to campus to give an in-person reading followed by a Q & A (event poster below and attached).

 

Kayleb Rae Candrilli is the recipient of a Whiting Award and of a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. They are the author of Water I Won't Touch (Copper Canyon Press, 2021), All the Gay Saints (Saturnalia Books, 2020), and What Runs Over (YesYes Books, 2017). Here you'll find links to some of Candrilli's work available online.
