Energizing Yoga is for experienced students as well as beginners with a higher fitness level. Breath is emphasized throughout this practice and includes sun salutations, standing, seated and reclining poses as well as balancing poses.
The 45-minute Energizing Yoga classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Energizing Yoga classes tend to be more aerobic, and will incorporate poses. Relaxation closes the class.
