COVID-19 Booster Clinic for Staff and Faculty

The Center for Health Education & Wellness, in collaboration with Rite Aid, is hosting a COVID-19 Booster Shot Clinic for eligible staff and faculty on Wednesday, November 1st from 10am-2pm. Appointments are required and are limited to staff and faculty currently enrolled in the University of Scranton health insurance plan. Participants can register for a no-cost Moderna or Pfizer booster shot.
Who is eligible to participate: Staff and faculty currently enrolled in the university health insurance plan or utilize Medicare can register for a no-cost COVID-19 booster shot. Faculty and staff members who are not enrolled in our university health insurance plan are unable to participate in the campus booster shot clinic, as we are not able guarantee billing coverage for alternative insurance providers.
What: Eligible staff and faculty can register for either a Modera or Pfizer COVID-19 booster shot. Booster shots are no cost with proof of university health insurance. A limited number of appointments are available.
Where: The Center for Health Education & Wellness located at 1130 Mulberry Street in the Roche Wellness Center
When: Wednesday, November 1st from 10am-2pm
Requirements:
- Register for an appointment time.
- Bring a copy of your current University of Scranton health insurance card.
- Fill out and sign the Consent Form, which is attached to this registration, and is also available at CHEW, located in the Roche Wellness Center.
