Dogs are well known to be man's best friend, and their ability to save lives in exceptional.  We will explore the science of olfaction and how dogs rely on their incredible sense of smell to experience the world.  We have partnered with dogs to harness their sense of smell, and we collaborate with them in several lines of life-saving work, from search and rescue to medical detection.  We will explore how we work with dogs to improve the lives of humans, animals, and the environment and some of the science of how they touch our hearts in a very special way.
