Lackawanna County Proposal to Restructure Government

In last year's April primay, Lackawanna County voters approved the creation of a Study Commission to look at the current form of county government and consider proposing a new form of government.  The Commission has proposed a new form of government and now it is up to Lackawanna County voters to approve or reject the proposed form of government.  Learn about the current form of government and the proposed form of government at this one-hour event.
