Presents a Conversation with New York Times Correspondent Eric Schmitt

Eric Schmitt, a longtime New York Times writer, will speak with
History Professor Adam Pratt and Scranton Mayor Paige Cognetti.
Topics will include Eric's two primary journalistic fields:
immigration and national security; climate change and
its impact on both; the condition of democracy as a
political system worldwide; and the value of a
Humanities-based education in the rapidly
changing field of journalism.
A Q and A session will conclude the event.
