Spring cleanup of the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, performing basic litter cleanup and trail maintenance
LHV is the managing entity of the Lackawanna Heritage Valley National Heritage Area, and the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail is the flagship project of the organization. The trail is maintained through volunteer groups such as the University of Scranton. The section of trail we will be working along was adopted by the university in 2011 and continues to be worked on by volunteers from the university.
