Royal FIT is a free fitness class for staff and faculty. FIT stands for functional interval training. The program primarily focuses on compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. It combines aspects of Insanity©, TRX©, and CrossFit© style training to provide a full body workout. The goal of the class is to combine muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance to help improve overall fitness. Royal FIT accomplishes this in an environment that is both encouraging and challenging. Be ready to work hard and have fun!
