Pet Therapy - Canines on Campus

Pet Therapy invites faculty, staff and alumni to bring their dogs to campus to bring joy and stress relief to students.  Each fall and spring, over 50 dogs join more than 500 students and staff for petting and hugs.  Students look forward to this event each semester, as they are missing their own pets at home.  Pet Therapy, Canines on Campus, is held once in September and once in April.  We always hope for good weather!

If you are a current employee, alumni, parent of a current student of The University of Scranton, have a dog that is fully vaccinated (including kennel cough), gets along well with large crowds of people and other dogs, and you have the time available, we would love to have you!

Our next scheduled Pet Therapy Date is Tuesday, April 28th from 11:30am-1pm.

Participants who wish to bring their dogs may register by Friday April 24 at https://orgsync.com/96927/forms/137903.  A link to our waiver will be sent to you and must be returned prior to the event.
