Downtown Scavenger Hunt

University of Scranton students, don’t miss the 5th annual Downtown Scavenger Hunt on Fri., Aug. 28th!  Explore over 30 downtown eateries, shops and entertainment venues with hundreds of your fellow University of Scranton students.

This fun, interactive orientation to downtown Scranton is part of Fall Welcome Week and is open to all students. Last year more than 250 participated!

The Downtown Scavenger Hunt is organized by the Office of Community Relations in cooperation with the Center for Student Engagement, Small Business Development Center and community partners, Scranton Tomorrow and the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce.

Team Up in Groups of 2, bring a smartphone or camera, and follow the clues, via Facebook or at the locations, to find Iggy! Free T-Shirts for the first 150 Students…Win Major Prizes, including a Downtown Night Out and more!

Registration will begin at 3:00 p.m. on DeNaples Patio. The Scavenger Hunt will run from 3:30-5 p.m. throughout downtown, ending with an Award Reception at 5 p.m. at the new Leonard Theater on Adams Avenue.
