Crime Online: The Investigation and Prosecution of Cyber Criminals
Cybercrime is a term used to describe crimes committed on the internet using the computer as either a tool or a victim. The US Department of Justice claims that “cybercrime is one of the greatest threats facing our country with enormous implicating for our national security, economic prosperity and public safety.” The lecture will explore the ways that governments investigate and prosecute cybercrimes.
