Gallery Lecture - Raku Fiber Fusions by Ellen Silberlicht, Exhibiting Artist

In three-dimensional works inspired by nature and personal experience, Ellen Silberlicht combines raku pottery with felted wool to create colorful, imaginative forms.  Silberlicht, who holds a BFA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, has attended ceramics and fiber seminars nationwide.  She has taught for fifteen years in the Honesdale School District, and recently exhibited at the Phoenix Gallery in New York City.
