2016 Hoban Memorial Lecture Featuring David Miliband

This year’s Hoban lecture will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 6:30 p.m., featuring the Rt. Hon. David Miliband, President and CEO of International Rescue Committee, a leading NGO working with refugees worldwide, and also a former foreign secretary of the United Kingdom. He will be speaking on “The Global Refugee Crisis: Time for New Thinking.” The event is free and open to the public.
 
This lecture is hosted by the University of Scranton, through the Schemel Forum and Office of Community and Government Relations, together with the Lackawanna Bar Association.
