Reigniting Our Ignatian Spirituality:
A Retreat for University of Scranton Alumni
Location: The Jesuit Center, Wernersville, PA
Feb. 10-12, 2017
Alumni of The University of Scranton are warmly invited to make this retreat, which will give us concrete ways to “find God in all things” and use Ignatian spirituality in our lives. The retreat will be led by Fr. Brendan Lally, SJ, (The University of Scranton and St. Joseph's University), assisted by Fr. Mark Searles ‘08 and Msgr. Anthony Muntone (Co-Postulator of the Cause for Canonization of Fr. Walter Ciszek, SJ). The weekend will offer presentations by our spiritual directors, time for silent reflection on the beautiful grounds of the Jesuit Center at Wernersville, guidance on incorporating Ignatian spirituality into our daily lives using elements such as the Examen prayer of St. Ignatius, finding inspiration in the lives of Jesuit figures such as Fr. Ciszek, and companionship with fellow alumni. The retreat is open to University of Scranton alumni and their spouses.
