The Odyssey by Homer:  A History and Physical Exam

The Odyssey, along with The Iliad, comprise the first work of the Western canon. They are extraordinary as art and as an insight into human nature. The lecture will explore both those aspects of The Odyssey as well as its implications for the practice of medicine.
