Energizing Yoga for Students, Faculty & Staff

Energizing Yoga: This class is for experienced students as well as beginners with a higher fitness level. Breath is emphasized throughout this practice. The class includes sun salutations, standing, seated and reclining poses as well as some balancing poses. Relaxation closes the class.
Wednesdays 6pm - 7pm in the Royals Room in the Byron
Thursdays 5pm - 6pm in the Royals Room in the Byron
Open to students, staff and students.
