Lite Weights & Abs: An upbeat group fitness class combining total body toning and aerobic exercise using light weights and resistance bands. Have fun while burning fat and strengthening your muscles, heart and lungs. Please wear comfortable workout attire and sneakers. Light weights are provided.
Open to staff and faculty only.
Monday and Wednesdays 5pm - 6pm
