ServSafe Food Safety Certification

The training covers topics involving food-borne illnesses and health risks that commercial food service establishments must learn in order to provide safe food for customers; including sanitary facilities and equipment, personal hygiene, time and temperature control, and much more. Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) regulations state that a food service establishment shall employ or designate at least one certified supervisory employee who has completed and passed an approved certification course. Participants who complete the ServSafe® training and pass the exam will earn their ServSafe® certification.
