Join Performance Musit at the University of scranton as Wycliffe Gordon talks with us about his ideas on finding common denominators of humanity across nations, cultures, and time through music-making, and shares stories of common human experience he has seen revealed and expressed through music from his personal experience as a musical ambassador, ranging from performances in Berlin Germany in 1989 to his composition of the score for the historic silent film “Within Our Gates”. He will also field questions from our hosts and commenters.

All members of our university and regional communities - from students and audience members to parents, alumni, faculty/staff, K-12 teachers, and community members - are encouraged to join us.
