This class is perfect for the beginner or someone who prefers a slower yoga class. Basic yoga poses will be taught. Breathing practices and relaxation techniques will be presented to achieve an inner sense of wellbeing. Instruction will include simple alignment techniques to cultivate comfortable posture and internal strength.
