A quick 30 minute fitness program that combines strength training, cardio, and abdominal workouts. Using the 3-2-1 format designed and used by Jillian Michaels,the program includes:
Warm Up
3 minutes of weight training, 2 minutes of cardio
1 minute of abdominal workouts
Repeat 3 times (20 minutes)
Cool down (5 minutes)
Bring completed fitness questionaire (PARQ) to class
Fridays 12:05-12:35pm
Royals Room in the Byron
3/2, 3/9, 3/23, 3/30, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27
There will be no class on Friday March 16th and Friday April 6th
