K9 Demo by Scranton Police Dept

On Thursday April 19th @ 11:30AM the Criminal Justice Club will be hosting a K9 Demo on the Dionne Green.  Several Officers from the Scranton Police Department's Canine Unit along with their K9's will be coming to put on a K9 Demonstration. They will be speaking about the start of the Canine Unit, their training with their K9's and showing us how the K9's search for narcotics and track down criminals. All of the K9's are trained in narcotic detention, searches and work with the Crime Prevention Unit.
