A traditional southern cuisine, Soul Food is considered a “Sunday dinner” staple by many in the African American community. It is also regarded as high in salt, calories, and cholesterol. In this brown-bag discussion, Professor Clancy Harrison will provide us with some insight about soul food can be fill our hearts and stomachs, without clogging our arteries.
