Scranton Alumni Day of Service Philadelphia: Drueding Center

Saturday, 13 April, 2013

Paint offices in the Residential Building this will put the finishing touches on a six-month masonry restoration project and provide our families and staff with bright clean space to meet.

Location: Drueding Center Residential Building 413 W. Master St., Philadelphia, PA 19122

Drueding Center aims to break the relentless cycle of poverty and homelessness by impacting two generations. Healing takes time. We have implemented the Sanctuary Model to promote safety and recovery from chronic stress and adversity. Our goal is to ensure that all of our families have the skills and resources necessary to live independently and reach their individual measure of success. Simply put, “it works”- over 1,650 families with 3,632 children served since 1987 agree that Drueding Center is the place “Where Hope comes alive.”

Additionally, if you wish to donate items the Drueding Center is in need of, please go to: Food Pantry Donation List

Street parking is available.
