Audre Lorde: The Berlin Years Film Screening

Celebrate the International Contributions of Black Feminist Thought

Sponsored by The Jane Kopas Women’s Center, LA/WS, and the Department of World Languages and Cultures

The timing is deliberately right before international women's day as the film highlights the importance of feminist collaboration across borders, with specific attention to the importance of Black Feminist thought from the US on the emergence of a more powerful voice among Afro-German women in West Germany.
