Holi, commonly known as the Festival of Colors, is a Hindu spring festival originally celebrated in India. The significance of Holi is that it symbolizes the triumph of good over evil according to Hindu mythology as well as marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring. It is a time where family and friends get together and throw dry color powdered at each other for fun.
